We absolutely guarantee customer satisfaction. Was something not cleaned the way that you expected? Did we miss a spot? Let us know within 24 hours of your service, and we will do our best to make things right as fast as possible. We take notes on every clean to ensure that we can adapt to your needs!
Pets are a part of the family, and so we clean up after them as well! During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.
We work by appointment only so that we can dedicate our time to your home. We do work from a schedule and recommend the same time and weekday for your recurring cleaning to create consistency and convenience for us both.
If you or your housemates/visitors are sick or are in quarantine with a contagious illness (i.e. COVID-19, the flu, a cold, pneumonia, chicken pox, GI issues, etc.) please call and reschedule your cleaning. Even though we disinfect your house, it is possible that we might transport germs to the next house or the staff may become sick. To be fair to all of my customers, we prefer to wait until you are well again. On our end, we may have to call in sick as well to protect you and your family. There is no cancellation penalty for illness.
We accept Cash, Check & PayPal, Venmo, GooglePay, ApplePay. Payment is due at the time service is rendered. NSF checks will be charged $30.
It is not necessary to be at home while I’m there cleaning. If you have an alarm, make sure I have the key code so I can disarm the alarm when I arrive, and set it again when I leave. You may also opt to disarm it remotely so that you have the control. I’ll need to know where you keep your house key. Please make sure you put in an inconspicuous area for safety.
Miscellaneous projects are welcome! Simply email or text me with your special requests so we can budget them in to our regular work routine. If we have to trade off – skip a room of your house in order to accommodate the special project, let me know which room(s) you are trading for.
